Welcome attendees, Register Attendees, Distribute programs, Provide directions

Assist the seminar speaker as needed, make sure they have what they need, greet participants, direct them to seating, pass out handouts, introduce the speaker, start and stop tape recorder, fill-out seminar report, gather evaluations and turn in report/evaluations to the Welcome Center.

Greet people, monitor the doors after the session begins (close the doors once the session begins and help direct latecomers to seating, distribute materials to participants, pick up papers and left behind items, dispose of used or damaged material, return usable material to the Welcome Center.)
