What is Celebrate Recovery? How would it benefit your church or mission? What would it look like to start a CR group in your context? These are the questions we will explore together.
Deb Jones serves as the Celebrate Recovery Canadian Director and is on staff at Creekside Church in Waterloo, Ontario. She and the CR Regional Directors lead a team of volunteer Representatives across Canada; eager to assist new groups and to provide ongoing and support for existing groups. She was part of a team that introduced CR in Cambodia and facilitated having the resources translated and published in Khmer. Currently they are engaged with a team in the Arctic that is translating the CR materials into Inuktitut.
She is passionate about seeing people recover their lives in Christ, discipled through the process of CR and set free to serve God as he has shaped them. She and her husband, Rick enjoy their family and celebrate the journey of recovery God has had them on for over three decades.

Thousands of churches have started a Celebrate Recovery ministry around the world since 1991, and that number continues to grow. Celebrate Recovery is not just growing in churches, but in recovery facilities and correctional institutions around the world. CR is now in 40 Countries and translated into 28 languages.
The need for recovery is unmistakable, Celebrate Recovery provides a safe place within the church for people to find freedom from the hurts, hang-ups and habits controlling their lives.
